We had a really positive experience working with Niko on the renovation of our resale apartment. Niko was responsive, attentive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire project. She took the time to understand what we wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions when needed, and was always willing to discuss ideas and work through details with us. What stood out most was how much ownership she took. She followed through on things, kept us updated, and managed the renovation smoothly from start to finish. In fact, we hardly had to step in to resolve issues or chase for updates, which made the whole process far less stressful than we had expected. The project was completed on time, there were no unpleasant surprises along the way, and the final outcome was very much in line with what we had envisioned. Renovations can be daunting, but Niko made it a smooth and enjoyable journey. We’re grateful for her dedication and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and capable designer.

The company's managers, Eleven and JJ, were extremely patient and responsible. From the initial communication to the final touches, they handled everything flawlessly, leaving us with nothing to worry about. Every step was perfect. I feel I made the right choice; I was very lucky to have chosen your company and your two managers, and I am extremely satisfied with their work. The quality of the work done is efficient and fast. Service of Jeffrey is excellent. My renovation work is minor and he can simply ask me to send him the measurement. However, Jeffrey made the effort to come to my house to take measurements and even give professional feedback on other items when I seek advice from him.
