There were a few small mistakes along the way, but what really stood out was their responsiveness—whenever issues were raised, Bernard and Francis rectified them promptly. Even after half a year of moving in, they continued to follow up and address any outstanding matters, which speaks volumes about their commitment and after-sales service. Overall, the job was well done, and I would confidently recommend Chapter 13 to anyone looking for a reliable and collaborative interior design team.
