Renovation Contractor: Inspire ID Group Pte Ltd Renovation Supervisor: Nash Liong (A young and energetic professional) Renovation Job: All Aluminium Kitchen to replace my 12 years old Condo kitchen Renovation Period: 1 whole month in May 2026 Reason for Renovation: The original wooden type of Kitchen cabinets were showing many signs of ageing with loosened screws, sratches, dirty surfaces after moisture seeping into the woods, plus sloppy original contractor jobs, and worst still, it was the perfect nesting place for cockroaches; Benefits I looked for after the renovations: Waterproof and long lasting kitchen using all aluminium types of cabinets, and hopefully no cockroaches can get the chance to enter tightly sealed cabinets; Was I fully satisfied after the renovation works were done: It has fully accomplished all my expectations and targets. Not only the newly renovated kitchen is well designed with top notch workmanship standards, it is fully waterproof, exceptionally light (as it is made of aluminium), low maintenance, and Aesthetically pleasing. The exterior look of the cabinet resembles solid wood, and one can't tell it is made of Aluminium instead of woods even if you look very close. Aluminium? Will it be strong enough? Yes, I was skeptical initially, when one think of aluminium, it resembles light and flimpsy materials. But you will be surprised, all the aluminium panels were composed of honeycombed construction that is extremely rugged and never subject to bending even if you step on it, while maintaining its lightness. Workmanship: The whole kitchen cabinet is precisely measured and cut under extremely accurate works, and all the assembled parts were nicely and tightly fitted flawlessly; I decided to engage Inspire ID Group for the kitchen renovation after checking through about 3~4 renovation contractors based on renovation works done previously, price package, as well as reputation from reviews. I was very lucky to have met my renovation supervisor, Mr Nash Liong. He is very experience and knowledgeable, who is well known in the company and he could spend the whole day talking non-stop about the designs, materials used, workmanship, and pitfalls to prevent. He is extremely patient and never got angry no matter how harsh the working environment is to meet tight schedules. He is able to liaise effortlessly with different groups of renovation workers, including Plumbers, Gas, Electrical and sanitary people. One word, he is "Extraordinary".
