Very disappointed with Modern Space Living. I ordered a bedframe on 20 March 2026 but the delivery delay has been completely unacceptable. We are moving into a new BTO flat, and I had already arranged a mattress from another supplier. Because the bedframe took much longer than expected, I had to postpone the mattress delivery three times since the mattress supplier requires one week’s notice. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience during our move. What made this worse was the poor customer service. There was little to no accountability, replies were often delayed, and I was given a container number instead of a proper shipping number or the courier company details. I was also left hanging on WhatsApp with no proper follow-up. It felt like I had to chase for every single update myself. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend them based on how this order was handled.

Bought a side cabinet. Very pleased with the quality and the after sales service. The team came back the next day to help with some adjustments to the cabinet doors. This is my second purchase from them!
